Yvonne Beiertz

Yvonne Beiertz advises executives and companies on leadership succession, organizational development and corporate governance. Clients include listed companies, asset managers, private equity portfolio firms, banks and international institutions.

She has experience as an advisory board member. In addition, she coaches management talent and senior executives facing important work-related decisions and supports onboarding.

Until 2015, she was a partner with management responsibility at a leading global executive search firm for 20 years. Her focus was on executive search for international clients, supporting CEO successions, management assessments and advising supervisory boards.

Previously, she worked in the private client business and asset management of a major bank, three years of which as the liaison manager for its London subsidiary in the international fund business. Later, she was the Managing Director of the European sales subsidiary of a US-based fund manager.
